Keeps up with my Casio F1 (fusion still/video camera shoots HD and 300 to 1200 FPS) So far no problems. I have doene quite a bit of video to this card and it keeps up even with the high data rate acqusition options.

The extreme III is a great product . I dont have to worry about temps with this card.. Plenty of room for Hi Res. Pics.
